Vineyard owner, Gideon dies, and his two sons, Thomas and Sahara fight over how their inheritance. Thomas is concern over how his brother is running the business. He seeks help from a lawyer, Josiah, but finds out he no longer practice law, and is following Jesus. He encourages Thomas to come and listen to Jesus to get an answer to his problem.
During his sermon on the Mount, Jesus tells a story about two men: one who built his house upon a rock and another who built his house upon sand. The house built upon a rock weathered the storm, and the builder is called wise; but the house built on the sand collapsed during the storm, and the builder is called foolish. A bit confused, Thomas thinks about what Jesus is trying to teach him. After talking with Josiah, he realizes he has been foolish like the rich man. Thomas visits Sarah again to tell him he no longer wants his inheritance.
